Builders Begin Sales in Kresston

Highland Homes and Perry Homes have started presales in Kresston, a new Johnson Development community in Montgomery County.

Highland Homes has started sales of homes designed for 40-foot homesites in the community, located near Magnolia with frontage along State Highway 249 and FM 1486. The builder is offering nine floor plans priced from the $360,000s that range from 1,582 to 2,472 square feet. Highland will also offer homes designed for 55-foot properties in Kresston.

Perry Homes is currently offering 25 floor plans for 50-foot lots in the community. The homes are from the $410,000s and range from 2,100 to 2,800 square feet. The builder will also build in a neighborhood of 65-foot homesites in Kresston.

Model home construction is underway, with all community model homes expected to be open by February 2025.
