Step into a winter wonderland during the Holiday Tour of Homes across seven enchanting Johnson Development communities in North Houston! Wander through over 40 beautifully adorned model homes, each sparkling with a uniquely themed Christmas tree. 

Participating communities from Johnson Development will donate $5 for every QR scan made in a model home included in the Tour of Trees home tour.

You are invited to explore beautifully decorated model homes, each showcasing festive holiday trees that highlight the warmth and charm of the season. Beyond the dazzling décor, these model homes offer an inside look at the innovative designs, thoughtful floor plans, and stylish finishes that make Johnson Development communities some of the most desirable places to live. From family-friendly layouts to luxurious details, each home tells its own story—offering inspiration for holiday traditions and everyday living alike.

Among the 44 beautifully decorated trees, 12 stand out as true centerpieces—elevated, uniquely themed, and designed to surprise and delight. Be sure to spot them all during your tour!
